SUB-CONTRACTORS

When acting as a subcontractor, ELVI Partners undertakes to comply with instructions in accordance with the regulations in force relating to the protection of personal data.

Thus, when an instruction constitutes a violation of the regulations in force, ELVI Partners undertakes to inform the customer or the consultant concerned.

 

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

Individuals whose personal data is processed have the right to ask the data controller to carry out certain actions on their information. You can ask for your data to be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You may also request that your data be deleted.

In some cases, it is possible to request a summary of your personal data that you have provided to us.
